The project began with the ambition to create a worthy successor to the iconic 79DC, a model that has enjoyed over a decade of success and popularity among families. This set a high bar, making the task both challenging and exciting. The new 80DC needed to deliver something truly fresh and innovative. The 80DC also needed to compete in the global market.
The 80DC was developed through a collaboration between Marco Casali's Design Agency and Yamarin's in-house team, with R2 Marine handling the naval architecture and production data.
